Manchester United will look to get their first points of 2025/26 as they face Fulham on Sunday.
The Red Devils were beaten 1-0 at home by Arsenal on the opening day of the Premier League season, but despite the disappointing result, Ruben Amorim's team were largely praised for their performance level given their miserable standards of 2024/25.
They will hope to build on that display against Marco Silva's side, who started the new campaign with a 1-1 draw at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Fulham vs. Man United live updates, highlights, and commentary
85 mins: United spring into an increasingly rare attack. Bassey deposits Mbeumo onto his backside. The former Brenford man wants a free-kick but the referee sees it differently.
80 mins: Tete wins the ball back of Dorgu high up the field. United manage to clear the cross but these are nervy moments for the visitors.
73 mins: GOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL!!!!!! Emile Smith Rowe!!!!!
How's that for an instant impact? Dalot is slack and is dispossesed by Iwobi. He exchanges passes with Robinson to cross. It's a lovely delivery that De Ligt doesn't cut out and Smith Rowe gets there in front of Shaw to prob deftly into the net.
71 mins: Smith Rowe replaces King as Fulham hunt for the equaliser.
69 mins: A Fulham set-piece is cleared to the edge of the box, where Iwobi can't keep his shot down. Ugarte comes on for Mount as United look to close down the midfield.
61 mins: Double change for Fulham and Wilson and the returning Robinson replace Castagne and Sessegnon.
58 mins: GOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL!!!!!!! Rodrigo Muniz (OG)!!!!!
United lead from a corner, would you believe! Mbeumo's delivery is a belter and Yoro gets up to convert via a decisive deflection off Muniz's back. Replays show the United defender shoved Bassey in the back and might be a touch fortunate to get away with that one.
54 mins: King goes dashing through but Yoro makes a superb recovery tackle. Very little margin for error there.
52 mins: Fulham want a corner and with good reason, as replays show that ball crashed off Luke Shaw's face and went behind. Goal kick..
Couple of changes for United, with Sesko and Dalot on for Casemiro and Amad. That means Mount will drop back into the midfield two alongside Fernandes, despite Ugarte and Mainoo being on the bench.
48 mins: Fulham half-clear a United corner, Amad overlaps down the right channel and Leno beats his shot away. A cross might have been a better option.
Kickoff: 2nd Half
We're back underway. No changes for either side.
Halftime
Its 0-0 at the break and United's wait for a Premier League goal this season goes on. It really shouldn't still be a thing after Cunha hit the post forced Leno into a sharp one-vs-one save. The Fulham goalkeeper didn't have to do a thing when Bruno Fernandes a penalty into orbit. After a rocky start, the hosts have held their own.
45+1 mins: Into stoppage time. Oh Lord, it's another Fulham corner. Altay, my man, what are you doing? What's going on? Marco Silva will probably be pretty cranky that his side hasn't capitalised on this bizarre Achilles heel. It surely can't continue.
41 mins: Every Fulham left-wing corner feels a bit like a penalty at the moment. Bayindir again looking like a man who has not reckoned with a lofted in-swinger in all his days.
38 mins: BRUNO FERNANDES HAS WELLIED HIS PENALTY INTO THE RIVER THAMES!!! Okay, it might not have landed in the Thames, but my goodness. One of the best penalty takers in the league has blazed it way, way high and wide.

36 mins: Penalty to Manchester United! Chris Kavanagh breaks the news to Craven Cottage. It hasn't gone down well, but that was so stupid from Bassey.
34 mins: There's a VAR check for a penalty. Bassey chuncked Mount to the floor defending a corner. The ball wasn't especially nearby but this is exactly what referees are supposed to be clamping down on...
30 mins: United haven't had much midfield joy in the past few moments, but Mount snaffles a second ball smartly. his through ball looking for Mbeumo doesn't hit the mark, though, and Bassey can intercept.
22 mins: After all that initial excitement, the game has settled down quite a bit. Fulham seem to have more of a handle on what United are doing.
16 mins; Fulham corner partly cleared and Iwobi crashes a shot through a crowd of bodies. Bayindir sees it late but saves well. From the next corner, though, the Turkish goalkeeper gets into a mess again under an in-swinger. Bassey heads wide under pressure from Dorgu.
14 mins: Raking ball forward from Bayindir and Cunha takes a delicious touch to pull the ball out of the air. From that point you'd back him to score but Leno makes a fine save. From the corner, United are penalised for offside.
13 mins: Fulham just settling and Sessegnon threads a pass through for King. Bayindir gets out smartly to save with his boot.
10 mins: More sharp interplay from United, with Cunha laying off to Fernandes, whose bouncing low drive is pushed away by Leno.
5 mins: Fulham push up in pedestrian fashion and De Ligt launches a pass over the top for Dorgu. There's a bit too much on it and the wingback clatters in the side netting, but that might be something to exploit.
2 mins: Ooofff! Cunha enjoyed himself on this ground this season and fizzes a drive just over. Oh, and here's the Brazilian again after fine work from Mason Mount, slots through Bassey's legs and hits the post!
Kickoff
We're underway on the banks of the River Thames
5 mins before kickoff: Here come the teams. Fulham have won only one of their past 19 Premier League games agaisnt United. Can they turn that statistic on its head today?
30 mins before kickoff: Ruben Amorim has been speaking to Sky Sports about the decision not to start Benjamin Sesko, who made his debut from the bench against Arsenal last weekend.
We tried to imagine what is going to happen during the game. Our team needs to be consistent in the way that we control the game and we need to have options to play a different game on the bench. Sesko has had two weeks for us, he is trying to understand everything. We need to wait a little bit to help the player. We just want to win the game and try to help all of our players.
1 hour before kickoff: Rodrigo Muniz scored Fulham's last-gasp equaliser at Brighton last weekend and is rewarded with a start at centre-forward. Ryan Sessegnon also returns for the hosts.
1 hr 15 mins before kickoff: The teams are in and still no Benjamin Sesko in the United starting XI. He's on the bench once more as Mason Mount continues false nine duties. Amad Diallo replaces Diogo Dalot in an attacking change at right wing-back. Altay Bayindir is retained in goal with Andre Onana on the bench.
1 hr 30 mins before kickoff: As weekends have gone for Ruben Amorim at Manchester United, the one just gone was one of the better ones. Yes, they lost, which perhaps tells its own story, but United outplayed one of the best teams in the Premier League over the past three years and could feel aggrieved to have lost 1-0 to Arsenal. There were signs of cohesion and collective purpose, which have been sorely lacking during Amorim's tenure to day. However, expectations this weekend are different. Rightly or wrongly, against a Fulham side who have been nobody's fools under Marco Silva, played well but didn't win won't cut it.
2 hours before kickoff: Will this be the day Benjamin Sesko gets his first Man United start? The Red Devils could certainly do with a goal or two from their new striker.
